By submitting your film or content to FilmFury you are agreeing to this Film Submission Agreement. Films and content submitted to FilmFury will not be returned.
Submitting your film or content to FilmFury is free to you and you retain your full distribution rights to the film. If you would like to terminate this agreement we must receive the request in writing. We will pull your film/content off the site within 30 days of receiving your written request and this agreement shall at that time be terminated. FilmFury maintains the right to terminate this agreement at anytime with or without cause and to also cease distribution of your film/content at any time with or without cause.
By submitting your film/content you hereby grant to FilmFury a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to exhibit and distribute your film/content with an unlimited right to reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, publicly display, [including pay for view and syndication] digitally perform, sell on DVD or by download, and modify your submitted materials. However, all modifications to the film/content will be limited to modifying the formatting and presentation of the content, including preparing translations, to fit the look, feel, and format of the distribution channels which FilmFury will be using for your film/content. No substantive editorial or other changes will be made to the film/content of the materials submitted.
By submitting your film/content to FilmFury you are certifying that you own and will maintain all licenses and rights in connection with the film/content and are legally able to submit the film/content for non-exclusive distribution by FilmFury. This is including but not limited to all copyrights, patents, trademarks, music and/or the rights to perform the music, master music performing rights, photography, film/content footage rights. You further certify and warrant that the submitted film/content and any use thereof in connection with FilmFury, including promotion, publicity, and advertising, shall not constitute an invasion of the right of privacy or publicity, or defamation or infringement of any other right of any kind pertaining to any third party nor does it or will it infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright.
By submitting your film/content you hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FilmFury, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses [including attorney's fees and costs] of any nature arising out of or relating to any breach of the foregoing warranties or the serving of the materials, including but not limited to claims based on invasion of privacy, right of publicity, libel, copyright or trademark infringement, or other causes of action.
In order to process your film/content submission, please submit it in DVD format. If you would like to submit your film in another format please check with us first by email.
